Q1: Is there any preferred age to start personal training?

A1: There is no preferred age to start personal training. Our youngest clients are teenagers who are 16 – 18 years old. We also have seniors aged 55 years and older as our clients.

Q2: What are the benefits of working out with a personal trainer?

A2: A personal trainer is able to design a customized exercise programme for you based on your fitness goals. He also acts as source of motivation and is there to see you through each milestone of your journey, acting as your coach and confidante.

Q3: How long will it take for me to see results?

A3: Every client’s body is different and responds differently to exercise. But on the average, clients see a transformation and feel fitter in one month training consistently with us.
